Importing from RISAConnection
This afternoon I have tried to import base plate connections from RISAConnection, which I have done successfully on previous occasions. RISA is telling me that I have exported all of my connections to Hilti PROFIS, but when I go to the Hilti PROFIS website, the connections aren't there. I don't see any place to import the connections. Coincidentally, I upgraded to RISAConnection V14.0.1 this morning.

I apologize for the inconvenience. The current workaround for this problem is to open a design and then go back to the home screen and it should show up. Please feel free to reach out to Hilti's engineering team at hnatechnicalservices@hilti.com if you are still having issues.
