Importing from RISA Connection

How do I import from RISA Connection? I get a message in RISA Connection taht says "Please open Hilti PROFIS in a web browser to continue anchorage design" I them open up HILTI Profis in a web browser and I am unable to find the design

RISA Connection Integration,When I log in to Hilti it doesn't prompt me that I have exported my Risa Connection file.

Please see this previous Ask Hilti response as well as this Hilti PROFIS Engineering Integration with RISA Connection video tutorial which demonstrates how to transfer designs to and from the RISA Connection.
