I'm looking for an epoxy or mechanical fastener to reconnect a boat dock to a seawall
The fasteners must be able to be installed in a concrete seawall that will be submerged under sea water at high tide.

Hi James,
Hilti’s HIT-RE 500 V3 adhesive anchoring system is commonly considered for anchoring into concrete for submerged applications specifically. For more technical information on HIT-RE 500 V3 with a threaded rod, please see page 122 of the Anchor Product Technical Guide.
Ultimately, all design decisions (including final anchor selection) are at the discretion of the Engineer of Record (EOR) on the project.
