Ignore concrete breakout for epoxy anchors

Cast-in-place anchors have an option to ignore concrete breakout, but I can't find an option like that for the epoxy anchors. I am designing concrete piers that have adequate reinforcing to resist the breakout, but the contractor would like a post-install option.
