If there was no inspection during installation of epoxy anchors, what capacity would you assume?

I designed some post-installed concrete pilasters to be installed via rebar dowels with HIT-HY 200 epoxy. The contractor performed construction with no inspections, so I have no proof that they installed the dowels correctly (i.e. did they actually clean the holes?). Would you assume some reduced capacity of the structure, if so, what type of reduction would you take?

Hi Kaylyn,

Unfortunately, Hilti doesn't have any guidance on reductions needed due to installation not being inspected. It will be up to the engineer of record and authority having jurisdiction.
