This is for plumbing pipes and other penetrations through a non-rated floor assembly.

It looks like you are requesting a solution for a penetration through a non-rated floor assembly. All of our UL-listed systems will be designed for a rated floor; however, you certainly could apply them to a non-rated floor assembly. We have a pretty extensive library of systems, which you could take a look at on the Hilti Construction Platform's Firestop Selector. Additionally, we do have smoke and acoustic products designed for non-rated applications. I have attached a few different details for these products.
Should you want a custom detail specifying the non-rated slab with either firestop or smoke and acoustic products, we can address your application through an Engineering Judgment, which will be a custom detail showing your exact application with the firestop components required to maintain the stated ratings (which, in this case, would be a 0-hr. rating).

Hi Jessica,
Thanks so much for your response. Can you please address this through the engineering judgement. It seems like we have this condition on every single one of our projects. The contractors always end up doing rated system as there is not a non rated system for annular spaces for non rated assemblies.
