I get an error when I export from Ram Structural System to Hilti Profis. How do I resolve this error?

I get an error when I export from Ram Structural System to Hilti Profis. How do I resolve this error?

When in Ram SS I hit the Hilti button to export the info needed for baseplate design. However, the info never gets to Hilti because an error occurs. See attachment.

Thank you for reaching out. Our software team is aware of this issue and is currently working to resolve the issue. The current workaround for this issue is to use the "Import Factored Loads from Spreadsheet" option within the software. We apologize for the inconvenience.
