how do i input supplemental reinforcing in profis?

i have a concrete pier with vertical reinforcing and stirrups. i need to install epoxy anchors for a base plate where anchor rods support shear and tension. the pier they gave me isnt all that big so i want to check capacity of the anchors where i can use the stirrups to resist the break out and prying failures on the sides of the pier.
