How do I design baseplate for unique anchor bolt holes?

A customer has a design they are needing an anchor recommendation for. The baseplate has a unique anchor hole design. How can I create this in PROFIS?

Please utilize the "Change to 2D" function, located within the center of the PROFIS Engineering model, to create custom anchor and baseplate layouts.
