How do I change Profis anchor results to imperial, not metric?

You can change the units in the settings. When you are in a design, you will see the settings icon along the top of the page (see screenshot attached.) To change the settings for all future designs, you will need to change the settings from the home page. When you are on the home page, the settings icon will be a tab on the left side.
