How can I check the allowable loads for 1/2 dia. Kwik Bolt II with 3 1/2 in. minimum embedment that was installed in 2003?

The bolts were installed in a hospital in the lower flute of 18 ga. "W"-type metal deck covered with 3.25 in. light weight concrete. The bolts have a minimum embedment of 3 1/2 inches and will have gravity and seismic loads applied to them. How can I determine the allowable shear, pull-out, and a combination of the two?
