HIT-RE 500 V3 shrinkage

I am trying to determine how much mortal to dispense into a 2.25" diameter hole 30" deep for a 2" diameter fully threaded anchor bolt. I have drawn this anchorage in 3D in SolidWorks...because the Hilti app STOPS at 1.25" diameter, just like the Hilti charts do. When I check my 3D model against the app by changing it to a 1.25" diameter anchor in a 1.375" diameter hole, it keeps coming up almost exactly half of what the app shows. Am I missing something? Does the HIT-RE 500V3 mortar shrink?
