HIT-HY 270 use in multiwythe brick, IBC 2018

I am anchoring a deck ledger to 3-wythe brick with the HIT-HY 270. The city is rejecting the calcs as the ICC report does not list the IBC 2018. Do you have documentation stating that the HIT-HY 270 anchorage to multi wythe brick is compliant with the 2018 IBC? Or an alternate anchorage system i could use?
