Hilti Profis is freezing constantly. What is going on?

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with PROFIS Engineering. The error may be due to your internet speed. The PROFIS Engineering timeout error occurs when it takes more than 30 seconds for the application to get a response from the server. We would recommend a minimum connection speed of 128kB/s (1 Mbps). This is the recommended speed for a single user of the network while working with PROFIS Engineering, sharing a connection between multiple users or applications will decrease speed. For Google Chrome, when speed is limited below 50kB/s this issue appears most of the time, while with a limit of 75kB/s or above we almost never see this error ( PROFIS Engineering will be very slow but still working).
