Hilti PROFIS Engineering - Unresponsive

I am having the same issue as everyone else, when opening a previous project Hilti is unresponsive and doesn't let me modify or update the model/design. I need to recreate a new model to be able to make Hilti work which is inefficient. Please help Hilti in fixing this technical issue as it looks like it's occurring for all other Hilti users.
