Hilti PROFIS Engineering 3.0.83 - Unresponsive

I've been seeing this error since last night (02/13/2023). Is there some update required to make the program functional?

I'm having the same issue even when logging in with different Browsers (Chrome/Ege). Not sure what to do since it won't allow me to even export the designs and send them to someone else.
