Hilti PROFIS DF Diaphragm software - what is the Diaphragm Shear Q
The user manual for Hilti PROFIS DF Diaphragm software shows a graphic on page 20 that depicts the lateral load in plf as Q.
One of the entries within the program under "Zone" has the following title "Diaphragm Shear Q." Can you confirm that these Q values are not the same and one should not be entering the building lateral load under "Diaphragm Shear Q." "Diaphragm Shear Q" should be the calculated shear at the specific location in question?
