Hilti Profis Concrete shear check

For a 4 bolt base plate connection, does Hilti Profis check the concrete shear by taking all the shear force in the 2 bolts closest to the edge of the concrete?

Hi David,

Specific calculations for your project can be found in the report for your design. The report includes equations, variables, and calculations for shear capacities and utilizations. To generate a PDF report, click "Create Report" in the upper right hand corner of the PROFIS Engineering webpage. For details on how the software calculates concrete breakout in shear, see Section 2.1 of the PROFIS Engineering Design Guide.
