Hilti Profis AutoUpdate Error

Upon trying to download the DF Diaphragm software, setup notes that a component is required and prompts you to download AutoUpdate. Each time you continue and try to download the required software you get the error of "Hilti PROFIS AutoUpdate Setup Wizard ended prematurely because of an error..." after following all the instructions and only clicking the required buttons. Is this an internal code bug or rather something that needs to be addressed on the user's side?
