Hilti PROFIS Anchor Calculation of psi (cp,N)

Please refer to the uploaded output file. Under section 3.2 Concrete Breakout Failure, psi (cp,N) - listed as 0.792. The values listed for hef, ca(min) , and cac are also listed. In using those values in ACI 318-14 Eq. (17.4.2.7b) that is also provided above the values tabulations, we are getting 0.656 for psi (cp,N). What is the program doing that causes this discrepancy?
