Hi Ellen,
From the snippet attached it appears your PROFIS Engineering Premium trial has expired. In order to continue with the PROFIS Engineering premium features, an individual or floating license must be purchased. To continue working without the premium version's productivity features, select the standard license option and you will be able to continue working with PROFIS Engineering for free.
