Hilti Kwik Bolt TZ Anchors - Code Compliance?

We have a client that is asking to use up 3/8" diameter Kwik Bolt TZ anchors they have in stock yet. What is the latest edition of the IBC that these were approved for? Also do we have to design these by hand or are there some tables we can use instead?
