I am working with a vendor providing independent analysis of their equipment support structures. They wish to use Hilti HST3 anchor bolt. They have provided UES-ER 0578. Is there also an equivalent ICC-ES report for use? I want to make sure the submittals are in line with high seismic locations.
Hi Mark,
The HST3 is unfortunately not available in North America, and therefore will not have an ICC-ES Evaluation Service Report. However, several other wedge anchoring options are available with approval documents. For more information, please see the Anchor Selection Guide on page 6 of Hilti's Anchor Fastening Technical Guide.
