HIlti HDI-P TZ - Seismic Strengths

The breakout capacity of an HDI-P TZ anchor differs significantly depending on which tension type of loading is selected. In the attached file, if differs from 107% overstress (17.2.3.4.3(a)) to 356% using the other four options, including not seismically loaded. This is using ACI318-14. We noticed that when 17.2.3.4.3(d), is selected it is taking a øconcrete = 0.4 and øseismic = 0.75, whereas for 17.2.3.4.3(a) takes a øconcrete = 1.0 and øseismic = 1.0.
