Hilti Firestop Systems

Is the Firestop system: HI/BP 120-03 (CEJ 421P) a tested-assembly by a certified laboratory such as UL or Intertek? Or is it an engineering judgment without testing? I've attached the document for reference in this submittal. If there is testing available, can you provide documentation?
