HILTI Firestop - Steel Protection System

See attached details. If the void in between fireproofed steel columns and precast wall panels are fully grouted. Does mineral wool (Item 5) and HILTI CFS-SP WB firestop still required?

I believe we have already addressed these changes through the correct channels, but in the future, please submit all steel protection engineering design changes to USSPEng@hilti.com or the Hilti Construction Platform.
