We are using Hilti CFS-SP WB Sealant Spray. We have applied the spray as designed. The Building Inspector has requested verification that "spraying this product over drywall tape and compound will not affect the products effectiveness" Can you advise if spraying this product over top of dried drywall tape and compound - that it does not affect the products effectiveness (rating properties).
Hello Ryan to the best of our knowledge the rating would not be affected. If you would like a letter I recommend using the Hilti Construction platform (below) and we should be able to provide the letter. Please see below how to submit a request.
