HILTI Bi-Axially Loaded Tensile Anchor Calculations

Is there a good guide on how HILTI calculates the tensile loads on an anchor group subject to bi-axial moments? I found a guide that describes the method for uni-axial moments but am having a hard time following the math for more complex loads. I have attached the file I'm working with.

Hi Ryan,

If Component Based Finite Element Modeling (CBFEM) method is being used, biaxial bending is allowed. Please refer to the article Using CBFEM to Validate Rigid and Non-Rigid Base Plate Assumptions.
