Hilti Anchor in top of metal deck

I had some previous designs in the concrete on metal deck module where the anchor was in the top of the concrete. I guess this specific design option takes a license. My company does have a license, but when I logged in this time, someone else was using it. That was fine with me because I didn't need to do a new design, I just needed to look at an old design. But apparently because I didn't have a license, the program wiped my design and converted it to a design under the deck. Why doesn't the program just not let you access those designs or have them be read-only instead of completely changing it so now I have to re-do those designs?
