Hi Clifford,
HIT-HY 270 is a masonry adhesive anchor for use in CMU and brick applications. HIT-HY 200 V3 is for use in concrete. If they used HIT-HY 270, Hilti doesn't know how it will perform as we don't have testing into concrete for this adhesive. In terms of the embedment depth and size of anchor, Hilti is unable to comment on whether it is suitable for the expected loads. Hilti would recommend consulting a third party structural engineer if there are design concerns.
