I am an interior designer based in New York. We had a stone surround installed to our client's fireplace, and a custom metal mantle fabricated to be installed on top of the stone. The stone will be drilled in order for the anchor points in the back of the mantle to fit inside like puzzle pieces. The metal fabricator recommended your high heat epoxy to secure the mantle installation. Is this available for purchase online? Will this adhesive stain the stone surround?
