Head station I can’t move by tablet

I have PLT300 equipment and PLC 600 tablet! I did the last software upgrade, and the machine was working well, but now when I click on the camera icon to be able to move the head to the place I am and target with my prism,
it just appears on the screen: Video Loading, and then I can't move, I need to return to where the station is facing, so that it starts following me and so I have to walk slowly so I don't have to turn my head manually
