Having two profiles for some reason

Hello,
For some reason there are 2 profiles under my name and I'm constantly being asked to pick one, but I'm not sure why I have two in the first place as these were somehow automatically created for Duke Energy when I registered. I'm also having issues when I navigate on my ask.hilti.com account, for example I constantly get "401" error messages when I select the "Ask" or "Learn" tabs. Can someone delete one of my profiles, hopefully the error messages with disappear after that.
