Glued-in rod connections for mass timber design per technical report 070

Were you able to find an epoxy for this condition? I'm looking for something similar and haven't found anything yet.

I called Hilti about the phantom Technical Report 070 (TR070). They sent me the European version, but I need the American version (TR070) for my Building Submittal. Anybody have it?
