Dear Customer,
well this is a good question. Use of the Hilti HIS-N (carbon steel) and HIS-RN (304 stainless steel) internally threaded inserts with HIT-HY 200 Adhesive Anchoring System or HIT-RE 500 V3 Epoxy Anchoring System have been qualified for cracked concrete and seismic applications in accordance with AC308 as noted in ESR-3187 and ESR- 3814 respectively. HIS-N and HIS-RN inserts are available for 3/8”, 1/2", 5/8” and 3/4" bolt diameters. I hope I have answered your question. If there is anything else, please let me know.
