Floor sinks in a 1hr rated Floor Ceiling assembly

I am looking for a 1h rated floor penetration assembly for a floor sink installed in a concrete/metal deck floor system with spray fire proofing on the metal deck.  I found system F-A-1137, but system calls for iron pipe.  Our preference is to use PVC pipe.  Do you have a system like this using PVC pipe?  If not, can the iron pipe be switched to pvc Pipe beyond the duct Wrap? The system states the duct wrap should extend 24” below the bottom of the floor, but it does not specify a horizontal distance. Is there a horizontal requirement? Also is the trap required to be wrapped.  In some cases, the trap is more than 24” below the bottom of the metal deck.

Hello,

We do not have a UL detail for PVC in this type of application. If you want to explore an option for PVC, you could submit for an engineering judgement at the link below.

The wrap is required to obtain the T-Rating that is listed on the system. If you do not need a T-Rating, we could remove the wrap. If the trap is more than 24" below the deck, there would not be a horizontal distance that you need to wrap. The wrap just needs to extend 24" below the floor.

I have the same question but with a stainless steel body. And both F and T ratings apply
