Floating License Management

We just purchased a floating license of Profis and are wondering how to see who is using the license at any given time?

Alternatively, is there an auto-release of the license after a certain duration of time so that users do not have to constantly sign out and back in to release or use a license?

Our users typically stay logged in when we had the free version. Now that we have the floating license, it seems like they will have to sign out in order to release the license?
