Fixing of machine by chemical anchoring

The existing floor consist of 25mm granolithic flooring + 150mm R.C.C floor (with #3@150mm reinforcement) + 100mm P.C.C 1:4:8 (approx. 800 to 1200 psi compressive strength).
The effective bolt length is of 172mm and this will be fixed in 25mm granolithic flooring and 150mm R.C.C floor. Can you confirm the effectiveness of bolts will be intact. Means will it be good for chemicals to stay inside.
