Firestop HVAC duct through roof / ceiling assembly

Hello James,
Please see attached system F-C-8026 for HVAC lineset through a common UL design L500 series wood floor/ceiling assemblies. It sounds like you have UL design P500 series wood roof/ceiling assembly. We don't have any system for P500 but we can create an engineering judgment based on F-C-8026 by changing the horizontal assembly to P500 assembly to match your application. We can also show the engineering judgment as the HVAC is penetrating through a rated gypsum ceiling only, it doesn't have to show the roof. If you would like an engineering judgment, please follow the instruction below to submit a request for an engineering judgment.
