4 hour gypsum assembly that has a steel sleeve with several PVC flexible tubes penetrating. The tubes only have air within them. See attached photo. Is there a listed firestop solution? The project has used Hilti FS-One on many of its other penetrations, so that is a preferred product for the site staff to use, if possible.
