fireproofing seminar

I am trying to get my certificate for the fire proofing seminar held last Wedneday.  I tried creating an account with my spacesmith email but you would not acknowledge it as valid so I created with my gmail  and now you don't recognize that email and have no certificates for me.  this is almost not worth the trouble but if you can get me my certificate I would be happy
