Hey Preston - I am not sure that I follow the specific question here. If the firestop product is damaged, it will need to be replaced in accordance with the appropriate Hilti Listed System or Engineering Judgment.

I would first recommend utilizing our firestop selector to find the appropriate system for your condition. If a system does not exist, we would recommend requesting an EJ. Both of these can be done utilizing the Hilti Construction Platform (HCP).

You can find more information on how to access this new platform here: http://www.hilti.com/ej (US) or http://www.hilti.ca/ej (Canada.) If you have any questions or require assistance navigating the platform, please call Customer Service for help at 1-800-879-8000 (US) or 1-800-363-4458 (Canada.)
