8" CMU wall is crossing 2 W-beams W36x285 and W40x277 (each in a separate location). Wall is 1hr-rated and both beams are 1hr spray-on fire-proofed. Can combination of XHBN.HW-D-0440 and XHEZ.W-J-7110 be used?

Thank you for checking out ASK Hilti! We have two head-of-wall joint systems that include a fireproofed structural steel beam through a concrete block wall, which are HWD 0258 and HWD 0440. However, if your application does not meet these systems, we do not have an off the shelf listed system for you to utilize for a fire-proofed structural beam penetration. Therefore, we will need to create an Engineering Judgment (EJ) to accommodate the firestop application you described in your inquiry. An Engineering Judgment is a custom detail showing your exact application with the firestop components required to maintain the stated ratings.
