Is there a fire-rated joint compound that can be applied to a wall-to-wall joint? I have a condition where two pieces of gypsum board joint but there is a 1/8" gap between them. In order to maintain the fire and smoke rated system I'm looking for a product that can fill the 1/8" gap between the two pieces of gypsum board.

We currently off multiple products that sound like
they would work for your situation. However, if you are looking to use a listed
firestop systems, our only current gypsum to gypsum system would be WW-D-0067
utilizing CP 606 and mineral wool. If this system does not work for you, we
would be happy to provide you with an engineering judgement to fully encompass
your situation. While we may be able to provide a solution for you, please note
that our systems and engineering judgements are not to designed to replace when
