I have a 2hr conc floor slab (waffle slab, not deck) with multiple existing penetrations from previously removed pipes. I need an installation similar to UL-AJ-00-70 but from below. No access from floor above.

What is the concrete thickness at the area where the blank opening? We don't have a blank opening listing for bottom side access but it can be addressed in an engineering judgment. For a bottom side access, we normally stuff the minimum 1" thickness mineral wool at the top and then caulk the FS-One Max firestop sealant before applying the 4" thickness mineral wool which will need to be flushed with the bottom of the opening. The concrete will need to be at least 5-1/2" thick to accommodate all of the mineral wool and firestop sealant. If it's not thick enough, we can add a sleeve to accommodate this.
