Factors that influence creep in anchor design

In the webinar test, I scored 9/10 and the question marked incorrect was regarding creep.
Explanation: Base material type, loading conditions, and installation temperature will influence creep for post-installed anchoring applications.
I choose to exclude installation temperature as the one factor that would not influence creep, but I do not recall the factor that I included that was deemed incorrect. I thought about that question for a while before answering it as I did. I would think that all four factors might influence creep behavior, but installation temperature would be the least significant since the loading would come to some nominal operational maximum and minimum after the first few temperature cycles occurred.
