I have an existing 2-hour rated exterior wall with 2-layers of fire rated gyp on both side and the exterior side also has 1/2" fire treated plywood and cement plaster. I need to upgrade this to a 3-hour rated wall. Can you provide a EJ to achieve the increased rating on the exterior side only?

Unfortunately, this goes beyond the scope of what we do at Firestop. We cannot provide guidance on how increase the rating of an assembly, we can only provide a firestop solution after being given the rated assembly.
