Exterior Application of Kwik Bolt TZ2

We are in a situation where we want to use a mechanical anchor in an outdoor application. It is a flat exterior concrete surface that will receive rain and snow. In general, an adhesive anchor would be the way to go because water cannot get down into the hole. Elsewhere within the project an adhesive anchor have been used. Is there a method of mitigating water intrusion to a wedge anchor hole? Is there some type of sealing washer or calking? Thank You
