Extending a 4 thick elevated concrete slab

I see that there is Profis software for determining the embeddment/lapping requirements when extending concrete. However, I cannot seem to consider a thin concrete section. I have a 4" thick concrete slab that I need to extend, requiring doweling into the center of the 4" thickness. Can you provide guidance for how to check/design this condition utilizing epoxy doweling methods?
