What does the error message mean "Anchors are too close to the head joint"?

Hi Juan,
That error message appears when the minimum distance from the head joint is not achieved. This minimum distance can be found in the technical data for the respective anchor that you are installing. Technical information on Hilti’s anchors can be found in Hilti’s Anchor Fastening Product Technical Guide.

Hi Juan,
The minimum distance is in reference from the center of the head joint (vertical mortar joint) to the center of the anchor bolt.

Can you specify the distance from where to where for the head joint?
